Farewell Mary Arne...
Board member's leadership will be greatly missed
On
June 30th, Orange-Ulster BOCES will say goodbye to Mary Arne, who has
served on the Cooperative Board since 2004 and decided not to run for
re-election at the end of her term. Mary
has been a steadfast advocate for the students at BOCES, as well as
a passionate voice for BOCES’ educational initiatives on the
county and statewide levels. She was a steady presence at nearly
all BOCES graduations, awards ceremonies and other functions, and has
been gracious and supportive throughout her tenure on the Board. Her
quiet but strong leadership and her heartfelt commitment to our students
will be greatly missed.
